San Valentino è il giorno dello scambio di messaggi d'amore e regali fra innamorati. È l'occasione per prendersi una pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana e dedicare tempo alla persona amata. Quest'anno San Valentino è di sabato: ecco alcuni suggerimenti per trascorrere una giornata intera piena d'amore, dalla colazione dolce alla cena romantica, passando per un pranzo frugale.
